Schools using mindfulness, mediation and yoga to ease student stress

Research has shown that mindfulness practice decreases stress and anxiety, increases attention, improves interpersonal relationships, and strengthens compassion, according to Mindful Schools, an organization working to integrate mindfulness into K-12 classrooms.
