Mindful Schools identifies two forms of mindfulness training. The development of mindfulness: a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, sensations, and surrounding environment. And the development of heartfulness: The intentional nurturing of positive mind states, such as kindness and compassion.”
